Michelle has 25+ years of Formal sitting and movement meditation, which included traveling to Italy in South America to meditate with her teachers. She received her certification in counseling/coaching in 2015 and has been specializing in somatic therapy since 2016 to help clients develop and deepen and embody their experience of intimacy, vulnerability, and authenticity for a greater sense of freedom, vitality, presence, and connection in their relationships. Michelle also coaches individuals and groups around issues of race, Diversity, equity, and inclusion.
